Build / Create with AI
Explore fast.
Then find out what is actually makeable.
AI is very good at producing a beautiful hoodie that cannot be manufactured. Our version is constrained by real product templates, real decoration methods and real placement rules, so the directions you fall in love with are ones we can build.
The process
From brief to buildable direction.
Timing is indicative and depends on how much clearance and approval sits on your side.
- 01
Guided brief
Typically Under an hour
You describe the moment, the audience, the feeling and the constraints. Structured questions rather than a blank text box, because the answers we need are specific.
- dropKULTXR owns
- The brief structure and the questions that matter
- You own
- The moment, the audience and any non-negotiables
- Produces
- A brief we can generate against
- 02
Creative territories
Typically 2 to 4 days
Three distinct directions rather than twenty variations of one. Each states the thinking behind it, the assumptions it rests on and the risk it carries.

- Reaction and direction
- Produces
- Three territories with stated assumptions
- 03
Product recommendations
Typically Within the same round
Each territory is mapped onto actual catalogue product with methods, minimums, lead times and an indicative cost band. This is where visually appealing directions get filtered for feasibility.

GateA direction cannot proceed to production artwork until the product and method are confirmed.
- 04
Production artwork
Typically 3 to 5 days
The chosen direction becomes a deterministic spec: separations, placements, dimensions, colour references and a tech pack. A human does this step.

- Rights clearance and final approval
- Produces
- A production-ready specification
GateRights must be cleared for every asset, likeness and mark before anything is sent to a supplier.
How we keep it honest
The guardrails.
Factory-constrained templates
Generation happens against real product silhouettes with real decoration zones. A design that cannot be placed cannot be produced as a concept.
Concept is labelled as concept
Every generated visual is marked as exploration. Nothing generated is presented as a manufacturing reference or as a photograph of a real garment.
Preflight before submission
Resolution, bleed, unsupported methods and unsafe placement are flagged before artwork goes anywhere near a supplier.
Human technical review
A person reviews the spec. AI narrows the search space; it does not sign off on manufacturability.
Sample before scale
A physical sample is approved before a production run, on every programme. This is not optional and not skippable for speed.
Your assets are yours
We do not train models on your artwork, your likeness or your customer data without explicit written permission.
Questions we get asked
Will the finished product look like the AI visual?
Close in direction, not identical in detail. A generated visual is a direction, not a rendering of a real garment. The production artwork step converts it into something a factory can actually reproduce, and some detail always changes there — thread counts, stitch density and how a print sits on a specific fabric are all physical constraints. We show you the sample before you commit to a run, and that is the thing to judge.
Do you train on our designs?
No, not without explicit written permission covering exactly what is used and for how long. Rights and AI policy is one of the decisions we lock before a programme starts, and it is written down rather than assumed.
Can we use a likeness or a licensed character?
Only with clearance. Likeness, licensed IP, team marks and music rights all have to be cleared before production, and clearance is a gate rather than a warning. If it is outstanding, the programme waits. That is deliberate — an uncleared production is a legal problem and a write-off at the same time.
How is this different from a print-on-demand design tool?
A design tool hands you a file and wishes you luck. This path connects the concept to sourcing, production, QA, a storefront, fulfilment and fan data — and shows you cost and margin while you are still deciding. The AI is the fastest part of the process, not the product.
Bring us the moment.
You will get three directions and an honest read on which one is buildable in your window.
