One address.
A person reads it.
LetsGo@kultxr.com reaches us for anything — a programme, a question about an order, a data request, an accessibility problem, or a dKR tag you want checked.
Which route
Two ways in, and they are for different things.
Neither is a queue-jump for the other. Use whichever matches what you already know.
A brief, if you know what you want made
The form at /start/ asks the things we would ask anyway — what the moment is, roughly how many, and when it has to exist. Coming with those answers is what lets a first reply be useful rather than a list of questions.
The address, for everything else
Write to LetsGo@kultxr.com in your own words. An order you are asking about, a policy question, something on this site that is wrong or unreachable, or an item whose authenticity you want looked at.
What to include
If it is about an order: the reference from your confirmation link, and what you expected to happen. If it is about a dKR item: what the item is, where and when you bought it, and photographs of the tag or label — those help more than anything else.
If it is about this site: the page and what went wrong. A message that only says something is broken is still worth sending; we would rather hear it imprecisely than not at all.
What we will not do
We will not make you justify a data request. Ask and it is done — see the privacy policy for what that covers.
We will not tell you an item is authentic because it looks right. dKR binds an item to its approved production record, and where that record does not exist we will say so plainly rather than guess.
