These terms cover using the website at dropkultxr.com. They are not the terms of a commercial engagement — if you work with us, that is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ the agreement wins.

What this site is

Information about dropKULTXR and a form for sending us an enquiry. There is no shop, no account and no purchasing on this site today. When there is, terms of sale will be published before it goes live.

Using the site

Use it for its purpose: learning about what we do and contacting us. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to anything, submit automated or bulk submissions through the form, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Information on this site is indicative

This matters, so it is stated plainly.

Timelines, lead times, minimums, decoration guidance, cost drivers and process descriptions on this site are indicative and for planning. They are not offers, quotations or commitments.

A commitment from us comes as a written quotation or a signed agreement against a specific specification, quantity, date and supplier. Anything on a marketing page is a starting point for a conversation.

Where we describe a capability as roadmap or not yet available, that is accurate at the effective date above and is not a commitment to build it.

Claims and metrics

Where this site states a metric, it names how the metric is calculated, the period it covers, and whether the result is historical, projected or illustrative. If any of that is missing from something we have published, it is an error — tell us and we will fix it.

A projected or illustrative figure is not a prediction of your outcome.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send us through the form or by email. You give us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and progressing any work that follows.

Do not send us confidential information you are not authorised to share. If you need a confidentiality agreement in place before describing something, ask and we will send one before you tell us the details.

Do not send us artwork, likeness or intellectual property you do not have the right to share.

Our content

The content, design, wordmark, the dKR mark and the design system on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read it, share links to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our marks without permission.

Availability

We aim for the site to be available and we do not guarantee it will be. It may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Links out

Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on indicative information published here — which is the reason the indicative-information section above is stated so directly.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which dropKULTXR is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. A commercial agreement may specify differently, and if it does, it governs.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated terms.
