Request a sample

One product, in your hands, before you commit to a run. This is the short form: we do not need your budget, your quantity or a paragraph about the launch to send you a garment. If you came from a product page, your colour and decoration came with you.

Who you are

Your brand, your project, or your own name.

The sample

The city or country we would ship to, and anything else we should know. If you came from a product page, that product is already noted here.

We acknowledge every request and reply within one business day.

What happens next

After you ask for a sample.

  • We confirm the sample with you

Which blank, which colour, which decoration and what it will show. A sample that arrives decorated the wrong way has told you nothing.

  • Cost and delivery, in writing, first

What the sample costs, what shipping to you costs and roughly when it lands. Nothing is charged until you have agreed to those numbers.

  • A person, within one business day

A named owner who has read what you sent, not a ticket number and not an automated sequence.

Before you send it

Do I need a company to order a sample?

No. "Who the sample is for" can be your own name. We ask for something to put on the parcel and in the reply, not proof of a registered business.

What does a sample cost?

It depends on the blank, the decoration and where it is going, so we confirm it with you rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most requests. You will have the cost and the shipping before anything is charged.

Can the sample carry my artwork?

Usually yes, and that is the point of most samples. Tell us in the box what you want on it, or place it yourself in the studio first and send us the placement. Artwork we cannot legally reproduce is the one thing that stops a sample.

I want a whole programme, not one garment.

Then the longer brief is the better start, because quantity, timing and budget change what we would recommend. Start a drop asks those questions; this form deliberately does not.
