Trade programme

Buy the production.
Keep the margin.

Print-on-demand hands you a royalty and keeps the production margin. The other arrangement is that you buy the production and sell it yourself. Approved creator-resellers and brand-resellers are quoted on a trade price path instead of the retail one — the same garments, the same decoration, the same verified costs, a different calculation.

How it works

Two price paths, not a price and a discount.

Every price here is calculated from what the finished, decorated product actually costs to make at the quantity you are ordering — the blank and its freight, the decoration, the production labour, quality control and reprints, packing, and the run's setup spread once across the units. That calculation is the same whoever is buying.

What an approved trade account changes is the margin the calculation is run at. It produces a lower price for the same specification, and it replaces the retail price rather than reducing it. There is no code, no coupon and no second discount: the two are alternative ways of arriving at a price, and exactly one of them applies to your account.

Bulk savings behave the same way. Where a larger committed run genuinely lowers the cost, that saving is already inside the number you are quoted. It is never applied again on top of it.

What trade pricing is not.

Four things people reasonably assume, and none of them is how this works.

  • Not a discount code

There is nothing to type at checkout. Trade pricing is attached to an approved account, and an account that is pending or unapproved is quoted the retail path — including if it says it is a reseller.

  • Not stacked on volume savings

A savings target at 100, 500 or 1,000 units is measured against your own standard price for the same specification, it is conditional on the cost actually falling at that quantity, and it is already inside the price you are quoted.

  • Not a royalty or a revenue share

You are buying production, not licensing a storefront. What the product sells for afterwards and what you keep are yours to set. This is deliberately not the arrangement where a platform takes the production margin and pays you a percentage of it.

  • Not something you switch on yourself

Choosing a category on a form does not change a price. Approval is a decision a person makes about a real account, and until it is made every price you are shown is the retail one.

Unchanged

What approval does not touch.

Trade pricing changes the price path and nothing else about the order.

  • How quantity routes the order

Volume pricing from 100 units for a configuration the approved cost matrix already covers, a reviewed bulk quote from 500, and a custom production quote from 1,000 and up. The steps sit at the same quantities on both paths.

  • What sits outside the product price

Outbound shipping, applicable tax, storage, shipping to individual fans and any separately quoted service are charged separately, with their own costs. None of them is inside a trade price.

  • How the product is made

The same garments, the same decoration methods, the same artwork and rights approvals, and the same rule that no custom production run starts without an approved physical sample.

Applying

What approval takes, and what we cannot tell you yet.

The criteria are set by the commercial owner and confirmed in review. They are not listed on this page, because the approved list does not exist yet and inventing one would be worse than saying so. Nothing about that is a filter in disguise: you apply, a person reads it, and you are told either way.

Every trade price is quoted at launch, including in the quantity bands that will later price automatically. That is a launch setting rather than a permanent one, and it is there so that no trade price is published before the costs behind it are approved and current.

Write to LetsGo@kultxr.com with what you want to buy, roughly how many and how often, what you sell and where you sell it, and the name the account should be in. That is enough to start; anything missing, we will ask for.

Before you apply

Can I see trade prices before I am approved?

No, and there is no setting on this site that reveals them. A pending or unapproved account is quoted the retail path, and one account can never retrieve another account's trade quote. Applying costs nothing, but it is the only route to them.

Is it a fixed percentage off the retail price?

No. It is a separate calculation from the same verified cost, so the gap between the two paths moves with the cost of the specific thing you are ordering. A quoted trade price is the price, not a retail price with something taken off it.

Do the volume savings still apply?

Yes, and they are already in the number. The savings at 100, 500 and 1,000 units are targets rather than guarantees: they depend on the cost genuinely falling at that quantity, and where the verified saving is smaller than the target you are quoted the smaller one rather than the advertised one.

Can I combine products to reach a quantity band?

Only where they can be made in one run — the same garment and supplier route, the same decoration and specification, the same production window, the same packing and delivery. Sizes of one garment mix freely. Sixty shirts and forty unrelated hoodies are a run of sixty and a run of forty, and neither reaches the first band.

Is this the same as a managed creator programme?

No, and you can have either. A managed programme is us running the drop: strategy, product, production, fan data and the store. Trade pricing is you buying the production and running the rest yourself. Reseller production pricing is not a royalty model, and it is not a smaller version of a programme.

Can I get net terms, or a price in my own currency?

Not at launch. Trade orders are prepaid unless an approved quote says otherwise, and prices are in US dollars. Net terms, cumulative-volume commitments and multi-currency pricing are deferred deliberately rather than quietly unavailable, and this line will change when they are not.
