Build / From a product

You already know the garment.
Start there.

Some briefs do not need creative exploration. You know it is a heavyweight hoodie with an embroidered chest hit, and what you need is a real quote, a real lead time and someone who will hold the quality. This is the shortest path we have.

What you get before you commit

An estimate, clearly labelled as an estimate. An estimate is built from published product data and standard assumptions. A quote is confirmed against a specific supplier, a specific quantity and a specific date. We keep the two visually distinct, because treating one as the other is how merch programmes go over budget.

The constraints that actually bite. Minimum order quantity, lead time by region, which decoration methods that specific blank takes well, and where placement is unsafe on that silhouette. Stated up front rather than raised as a problem after you have shown the design to your client.

The full landed picture. Blank, decoration, labels, trims, packaging, freight and duty, so the number you are looking at is the number that lands. Plus retail, contribution and any royalty, with the date each figure was sourced.

Where the product is not right for you. Sometimes the blank you have specified is wrong for the print you want, or the timeline, or the price point. We would rather have that conversation in week one.

Decoration

Methods and what they are good for.

Indicative guidance for the launch categories. Actual suitability depends on the specific blank, the artwork and the quantity, and we confirm it per programme.

Questions we get asked

Can I see the full product catalogue?

Not on the site yet. The filterable showroom with minimums, lead times and methods per item is being built and is not live. In the meantime, tell us the category and the direction in a brief and we will come back with specific options — which is what most people want at this stage anyway.

Do you have minimums?

It depends entirely on the method and the blank. DTG will do very small runs; screen print and custom trims need volume to make sense. We will tell you the real minimum for your specific combination rather than quoting a company-wide one that is wrong for your job.

Can you match a garment we already sell?

Often, yes — either from the same blank or from something close enough that the difference is not noticeable in the same drawer. Send us what you have and we will be straight about how close we can get.

Who owns the artwork and the product record?

You own your artwork and your brand. The product record — the spec, the approved version, the supplier and the cost history — is kept in a factory-neutral form and is exportable. We are deliberately not building a system that holds your product data hostage.

Category, quantity, timing and what you want on it. We come back with real options.
