dKR authentication

Is it genuine?

Every dKR-marked item carries a code — on the neck label, the hangtag or the packaging seal. Enter it and the answer comes from dropKULTXR, not from a marketplace listing.

Letters, numbers and hyphens. Case does not matter.

Waiting for a code

The answer appears here. You will get one of four: verified, no record, not a readable code, or a fault on our side.

No account, no email address, and nothing about you is sent or stored. We are told which code was asked about and nothing else — see what the mark asserts.

Reading the answer

What each answer means.

An authentication mark that overclaims is worse than no mark at all, so each of these is written to be exactly as strong as the evidence behind it.

Verified
The code is bound to an approved production record that quality control reconciled against finished goods before it shipped. You will see what the item is, its edition where it has one, and when it was released.
No record
We hold nothing under that code. It usually means a mistyped character — the codes are long — and sometimes that the item was not made by us. It is a real answer, not a failure, so check the code first and then tell us if you still think it should be genuine.
Not a readable code
What was entered is not the right shape to be a dKR code at all. Nothing was looked up. dKR codes are four to sixty-four characters of letters, numbers and hyphens.
Could not check
Our service did not answer. That is a fault on our side and says nothing at all about the item — try again shortly rather than drawing a conclusion from it.

Verification covers items whose identifiers have been activated. dKR is applied during production and activated at QA, so a programme still in production has marks that exist and authenticate nothing yet. That is the design, and the authenticity policy states it in full.

Something looks wrong?

Email LetsGo@kultxr.com with the code, what the item is, and where and when you bought it. Photographs of the item and of the tag help a great deal.

That reaches a person rather than a queue. If you think you have bought a counterfeit, tell us — we would rather know, and we will not treat a report as an accusation against you.
